How do I use your website?

You can buy Track Packs and Bundles of Track Packs fromg our website. We offer a variety of licenses aimed at media professionals, personal creators and vloggers. Simply browse and preview the music, selecting the license you require before adding to your basket. Pay online securely via Stripe or PayPal.

What license do I need to select?

Please read our licenses section to determine which license you require for your needs. Just select the applicable option on the product page and add to your basket. Depending on the license you need some selections remove money from the default price and some add it on.

How much does the music license cost?

It depends on the license you require and whether you are buying Track Packs or Bundles. See our pricing table for help.

What is a Track Pack?

It is the full track of music plus any edits, such as loops, stingers and short versions. Each product page details what is included.

What are Bundles?

Bundles are pre-made themed collections of Track Packs (typically 10). We have created themed collections that offer a very generous discount.

How is the music delivered?

All of our music is supplied as high-quality 48kHz / 24bit WAV audio downloads. Each Track Pack is zipped for convenience. Bundles come as separate Track Pack zip files.

The previews sound low quality, what is the full quality like?

The Track Pack and Bundle preview quality is in MP3 format at 128kbps, which is degraded with compression. This is only for website preview purposes. The licensed full quality audio is supplied in WAV format, 48kHz 24bit.

Can I have them in another format?

We do not currently offer different formats, however, it is very easy to downscale them with an audio converter should you require mp3s or any other format. If you are unsure on how to do this we can advise you after you have made your purchase. Just get in touch.

Can I have a refund?

As this is a digital download it is not possible to return the product for a refund.

Do I get a license agreement?

Yes, the license agreement will be emailed to you upon purchase along with your invoice. It is validated with your invoice which contains details about your purchase and the type of license you purchased. For more information about our licenses see this page.

Can I have them delivered as a Data DVD, Flashdrive or HardDrive?

It is not a service we offer as standard, however, we may be able to help at an additional cost. Just get in touch.

Can I pay in a different currency?

At this time we are only able to offer GBP. However, PayPal or your credit card provider will convert it automatically into your local currency.
